Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Meg the Red Labrador™. Because our books are printed and shipped on demand, refunds are only granted for items that arrive damaged.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Damaged items must be returned in order to receive a refund. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Items that are not damaged

  • Change-of-mind or incorrect orders

  • Items returned without prior contact
